Wrong Item Received Policy

At SLAYERS GLOBE, we strive to ensure every order is packed accurately. If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please follow the process below.
Reporting a Wrong Item
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund (where applicable), customers must provide:

Clear photos of the received item.

Clear photos of the product packaging.

Photo of the shipping label.
-
An unedited unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package and clearly showing the incorrect item received.
Investigation Process

All claims are subject to verification by our support team.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may be rejected.

Shipping records, package weight, packing records, and order details may be reviewed during the investigation.
Resolution
If the claim is approved:

A replacement of the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost.

If the ordered item is unavailable, a refund will be processed only after we receive the incorrectly delivered item in its original condition.
Non-Eligible Claims
Claims may be denied if:

Reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Required photos or unboxing video are not provided.

The item has been used, damaged, altered, or tampered with.

Evidence indicates the correct item was shipped.

Fraudulent or misleading information is provided.
Return Requirement

Customers may be required to return the incorrectly received item before a replacement or refund is issued.

Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

Failure to return the incorrect item within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the claim.
Fraud Prevention
SLAYERS GLOBE reserves the right to refuse replacements or refunds, restrict future purchases, cancel orders, or take appropriate action against accounts found submitting false, abusive, or fraudulent claims.
Important Notice
Approved wrong item claims will generally be resolved through a replacement. A refund will only be provided if the correct item is unavailable and only after the incorrectly received item has been returned and verified. All claims remain subject to verification and compliance with this policy.
