Change of Mind Policy

At Slayers Globe, every order is carefully processed, quality-checked, and prepared specifically for shipment. Because of the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, we maintain a strict Change of Mind Policy.
No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, store credits, or refunds for any order if the customer simply changes their mind after placing the order.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- No longer wanting the product.
- Ordering by mistake.
- Selecting the wrong product, design, finish, size, or quantity.
- Purchasing the same item elsewhere.
- Personal preference after receiving the item.
- Expecting a different appearance based on personal opinion.
- Gift recipient no longer wanting the item.
- Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- The selected product, variant, size, color, finish, and quantity are correct before placing the order.
- The shipping address and contact information are accurate.
- They have carefully reviewed all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, and images before completing their purchase.
Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
No Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any modifications, including:
- Changing products or variants.
- Changing ring size (if applicable).
- Changing the shipping address.
- Combining multiple orders.
- Splitting an existing order.
- Applying discount codes after checkout.
Any request submitted after an order has entered processing or shipment will be declined.
No Refusal of Delivery
Customers may not refuse delivery as a method of cancelling an order.
If an order is refused, returned to the sender, abandoned, or remains unclaimed due to customer action or inaction, it will not qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit. Any additional shipping, customs, storage, return handling, or carrier charges incurred will remain the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions
A Change of Mind request will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The only exceptions are where the product qualifies under our:
- Damaged & Defective Items Policy
- Wrong Item Received Policy
These claims must meet all eligibility requirements and verification procedures outlined in the respective policies.
Final Decision
Slayers Globe reserves the right to reject any request that falls under a Change of Mind claim.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Change of Mind Policy and accept that orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, replaced, refunded, or credited due to a change of mind.
