Delivered but Not Received (DNR) Policy

At Slayers Globe, we are committed to delivering every order securely and providing a seamless shopping experience. To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, the following policy applies to all orders.

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout through valid tracking information, delivery confirmation, GPS verification, signature confirmation (where applicable), or other carrier-supported proof of delivery.

If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but Cannot Be Located

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, porch, parcel locker, or other designated safe places.

  • Ask family members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.

  • Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers may scan packages as delivered before completing the final delivery.

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Investigation Process

Upon receiving your report, we may:

  • Verify the carrier's tracking records and delivery confirmation.

  • Request proof of delivery from the shipping carrier.

  • Review GPS coordinates, delivery photographs, or signature records where available.

  • Request additional information or documentation from the customer to assist with the investigation.

Customers are expected to cooperate fully during the investigation process.

Refunds and Replacements

Orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds or replacements are issued solely at the discretion of Slayers Globe after reviewing all available evidence and the outcome of the carrier's investigation.

Fraud Prevention

Slayers Globe maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent claims.

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests if:

  • Carrier records confirm successful delivery.

  • The customer fails to cooperate with the investigation.

  • False, misleading, or inconsistent information is provided.

  • We identify suspicious purchasing behavior or repeated delivered-but-not-received claims.

Where fraud is suspected, Slayers Globe reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds, replacements, or future orders.

  • Cancel pending orders.

  • Restrict or permanently suspend customer accounts.

  • Share relevant information with payment processors, shipping carriers, insurance providers, and law enforcement authorities where legally appropriate to investigate suspected fraud.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Ensuring the delivery location is secure.

  • Retrieving packages promptly after delivery.

Slayers Globe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier has confirmed successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Limitation of Liability

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Slayers Globe's delivery obligation is considered fulfilled. Any further assistance provided is offered as a customer service courtesy and does not constitute an admission of liability or an obligation to provide compensation.
