Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

At Slayers Globe, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy to protect our customers, maintain fair pricing, and prevent fraudulent claims. Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch, and all orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


No Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Accidental purchases
  • Personal preferences or dissatisfaction with style, color, design, or finish
  • Delay caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier operations
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect a package from the courier
  • Gift purchases
  • Sale, promotional, discounted, clearance, or final sale items
  • Orders placed using discount codes, coupons, gift cards, or promotional offers

Refunds will not be issued under any of the above circumstances.


Replacement Instead of Refund

Where a claim is approved under our applicable policies (such as damaged, defective, or wrong item received), Slayers Globe will provide a replacement only.

Refunds will not be offered as an alternative to a replacement.

Replacement requests must fully comply with the requirements outlined in our:

  • Damaged & Defective Items Policy
  • Wrong Item Received Policy

Failure to meet the eligibility requirements or provide the required evidence will result in rejection of the claim.


Non-Delivery & Lost Packages

Refunds will not be issued solely because a customer claims that a package was not received.

If the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery through any of the following:

  • Tracking confirmation
  • GPS verification
  • Delivery scan
  • Signature confirmation (where applicable)
  • Other carrier-supported proof of delivery

the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Any claims will be handled strictly in accordance with our Delivered but Not Received (DNR) Policy.


Refused or Returned Shipments

Refunds will not be issued for orders that are:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Returned because delivery attempts were unsuccessful
  • Returned because import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other local charges were not paid by the customer (where applicable)

If a returned package is successfully received by Slayers Globe in its original, unused condition, we may, at our sole discretion, offer to reship the order after the customer pays all applicable shipping, handling, and reshipping charges.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Slayers Globe before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after successful delivery or after receiving a replacement may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction
  • Cancellation of future orders
  • Submission of tracking information, delivery confirmation, carrier records, unboxing evidence, and communication history to the payment provider
  • Recovery of associated chargeback costs where permitted by law
  • Legal action where applicable

Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

A refund may only be issued if Slayers Globe, at its sole discretion, determines that:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to our own operational error.
  • A replacement cannot reasonably be provided because the product is permanently unavailable.

Approval of a refund in these circumstances is entirely at the discretion of Slayers Globe and does not create an obligation to issue refunds in any other situation.


Refund Timeline (If a Refund Is Approved)

As Slayers Globe operates under a strict No Refund Policy, refunds are issued only in the exceptional circumstances described above and solely at our discretion.

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • The refunded amount will be credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, payment processing fees, gift wrapping charges, and any other service fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is issued solely due to an error by Slayers Globe or where required by applicable law.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.

Please note that requesting a refund does not guarantee approval. Refunds will only be issued if the request qualifies under this Refund Policy.


Agreement

By purchasing from Slayers Globe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, along with our Return & Replacement Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, and all other applicable store policies.


This Refund Policy is effective as of June 25, 2026, and may be updated by Slayers Globe at any time without prior notice.
