Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

At Slayers Globe, every order is processed promptly to ensure timely dispatch. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing queue for payment verification, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation. For this reason, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order only within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation.

Cancellation requests submitted after the permitted cancellation window will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:

The order has entered processing.
The order has been packed for shipment.
A shipping label has been generated.
The order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
The order has been shipped or is in transit.
The order is awaiting customs clearance.
The order is marked as Out for Delivery.
The order has already been delivered.

Once any of the above stages has been reached, the sale becomes final and cancellation is no longer possible.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of their shipment without prior written approval from Slayers Globe will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement.

Any additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, return shipping costs, storage fees, or carrier penalties resulting from a refused shipment shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Slayers Globe is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect address information.
If the shipment is returned to us by the carrier, any reshipping costs must be paid by the customer before the order can be shipped again.

Duplicate Orders

If multiple orders are placed accidentally, customers must notify us within 2 hours of placing the order.

After the cancellation window expires or once processing begins, duplicate orders cannot be cancelled.

Customized, Personalized & Special Orders

All customized, personalized, made-to-order, engraved, or specially sourced products are final sale.

These orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded once payment has been successfully completed.

Promotional & Limited Edition Orders

Orders placed during flash sales, promotional campaigns, limited-edition launches, clearance sales, or special events may be processed immediately.

Such orders may not be eligible for cancellation, even if the request is made shortly after purchase.

Cancellation Approval

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

A cancellation is considered successful only after written confirmation from Slayers Globe.

If the order has already entered processing before the cancellation request is reviewed, the cancellation request will automatically be declined.

Payment Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins:

The order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider or bank.
Slayers Globe is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activities, Slayers Globe reserves the right to:

Refuse cancellation requests that violate this policy.
Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders before shipment.
Request identity verification before approving a cancellation.
Reject repeated misuse of the cancellation process.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Slayers Globe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

Failure to read this policy does not exempt any customer from its terms and conditions.
