At Slayers Globe, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, quality control, and fraud prevention reasons, we maintain a strict Return & Exchange Policy.
By placing an order with Slayers Globe, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is:

Damaged during transit.

Defective due to a manufacturing fault.

Incorrect (a different item from the one ordered).
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:

Order number.
-
Clear photos of the item received.
-
Clear photos of the product packaging.
-
Clear photo of the shipping label.
-
An unedited continuous unboxing video beginning before opening the sealed package and clearly showing the condition of the parcel, the opening process, and the item received.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.
3. Exchange & Replacement Process
Once your request is received, our team will review the evidence.
If your claim is approved:

A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Replacement orders are processed after verification.

Processing and shipping times are the same as standard orders.
If the requested item is unavailable, Slayers Globe reserves the right to provide:

A comparable replacement of equal value; or
-
A refund at our sole discretion.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.

Personal preference.

Ordered by mistake.

Incorrect size selected by the customer.

Color or appearance differences caused by lighting, photography, or display settings.

Normal wear and tear.
-
Minor variations that do not affect functionality.

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents, or failure to follow the Jewelry Care Guide.

Products altered, repaired, resized, or modified by anyone other than Slayers Globe.

Requests made after the reporting deadline.
5. Return Authorization
Do not return any item without prior written approval from Slayers Globe.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized:

Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging unless otherwise instructed.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging approved returns.
If inspection shows that the claim is invalid, the return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Inspection
All returned items undergo inspection upon receipt.
Slayers Globe reserves the right to reject any claim if:

Evidence has been altered or manipulated.

The product shows signs of wear or misuse.

Required documentation is missing.
-
The claim is determined to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the evidence provided.
Our inspection decision is final.
8. Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, Slayers Globe actively investigates suspicious claims.
Claims may be rejected if:

The required unboxing video is not provided.
-
Images appear edited or incomplete.

The package has been tampered with after delivery.
-
There is evidence of repeated or abusive claims.

False or misleading information has been submitted.
Fraudulent claims may result in:

Immediate rejection of the claim.

Cancellation of future orders.
-
Permanent restriction from purchasing through Slayers Globe.

Reporting to the relevant payment provider or authorities where appropriate.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
-
Gift cards.
-
Clearance or final sale items.
-
Promotional or complimentary products.
10. Refunds
Slayers Globe follows a Replacement-First Policy.
Refunds are generally not provided.
A refund may only be issued if:

A replacement cannot be supplied due to inventory limitations.

The order cannot be fulfilled.

Applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
11. Right to Refuse
Slayers Globe reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, replacement, or refund request that does not comply with this policy or where fraud, abuse, or misuse is reasonably suspected.
