Return and Refund Eligibility

Return Window Timeline: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Slayersglobe@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item as proof.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- Change of Mind: While we encourage careful consideration before purchasing, we understand that sometimes things change. You may return unworn, undamaged jewelry items in their original packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
Return Process:

- Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please retain the shipping tracking number for reference.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) to verify its condition.
- Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Important Considerations:
- Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry products once they have been used.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
